چکیده

Hepatic steatosis is the most common histopathological finding on liver biopsy, with prevalent etiology being NAFLD. The pathogenesis of hepatic and NAFLD multifactorial, however, studies importance manganese in are limited. We aimed to study content, other trace elements, relation patients chronic diseases different etiology, mainly Patients chronically elevated function tests underwent a diagnostic work-up, including routine blood two biopsies. One biopsies was sent for evaluation, ultra-trace elemental determinations. Steatosis graded using conventional methodology, fat content also quantitated biopsy samples by measuring steatotic area section stereological point counting (SPC). Ultra-trace analysis utilized determining manganese, iron, copper inductively coupled plasma sector field mass spectrometry (ICP-SFMS). 76 were included study. concentrations lower than without (3.8 ± 1.1 vs. 6.4 1.8, P < 0.001). Similar results seen levels steatosis. found strong inverse correlation between grade (?=-0.743, Also, low independently predicted presence (aOR 0.07 [95%CI: 0.01?0.63]). NAFLD, or CLD concomitant steatosis, showed increasing

investigation the ability of pedogenic iron and manganese concentrations in accumulation of cobalt, copper and lead

soil reduces the hazardous effects of compounds on the components of ecosystem because of self –purification property and the ability for their fixation. playing such a role in soils under redox conditions is performed by pedogenic fe-mn concentrations. in order to investigate cobalt, copper and lead accumulation in iron and manganese concentrations, at first the concentrations were precisely s...
